Many people like myself speak, read and write in more than one language. Lately I’m finding myself texting more in Spanish, so this week I thought I would share some of the most common shortcuts.
The proper Spanish translation of sending a text message is:
‘Enviar un mensaje de texto.’
The Spanish word for texting which I use all the time even though it’s not in the dictionary (yet) is
‘textear’ or ‘texteando’.
